What Should I Wear To Class? For the kids classes make sure to wear your Gi! For adult BJJ on Monday's and Tuesday's you'll need a gi (uniform) and a belt. For the rest of our classes, comfortable athletic wear is fine. We recommend wearing breathable clothes that allow you to move freely. Also, don't forget to bring a water bottle!

I Don't Have a Gi. Is That Okay?If you don't have a gi, don't worry! We have loaner gis available for students to use during class. These gis are cleaned and sanitized regularly, so you can feel confident using them. Just let the instructor or front desk staff know before class that you need to borrow a gi, and they will help you find one that fits. For adults you can come to our Tuesday and Thursday BJJ classes where you can wear comfortable athletic wear that allows you to move freely. For example, a fitted t-shirt and shorts or sweatpants are good options. However, keep in mind that certain techniques may require a gi for grip or control, so you may not be able to participate fully in some exercises. If you're interested in purchasing your own gi, we have a selection of high-quality gis available for purchase at the gym. Our staff can help you find the right size and style for your needs.

Do you offer a sibling discount?Yes we do! We offer a 10-20% depending on how many siblings.
-
Are The Classes Co-Ed?Yes! Our classes are co-ed because we believe that everyone should have access to the benefits of martial arts training, regardless of gender. Additionally, training with people of different genders can enhance one's skills, as it allows for a wider range of training partners and a more diverse set of techniques.

How do I decide between BJJ, Mauy Thai and MMA?When choosing between BJJ, Muay Thai, and MMA classes, consider your personal goals and interests. BJJ focuses on ground grappling, Muay Thai is a striking martial art, and MMA combines various techniques from different martial arts. If you enjoy ground grappling and submissions, BJJ might be the best fit for you, but if you prefer striking techniques, Muay Thai may be a better option. If you want to try a combination of both, MMA might be the way to go. Still not sure? Feel free to give us a call and we can help!
